- Do I need to set up Stripe myself?
- No. GoalieBook walks you through connecting Stripe as part of onboarding. It takes a few minutes and you don't need a Stripe account beforehand.
- Do parents need to create an account to register?
- No. Parents pay by card and sign the waiver without creating any account. They follow your registration link, fill in the details, and they're done.
- What if I only run one or two clinics per year?
- The 30-day free trial covers your first clinic with no card required. After that, the monthly plan is $29 and covers unlimited clinics — so even a single clinic per year is covered in one month.
- Can I issue refunds?
- Yes. Refund any registration from your roster with one click. The registration status updates automatically and the parent receives a confirmation from Stripe.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can export your full roster as a CSV anytime — before or after cancelling. Your data is yours and you're never locked in.
