Use of the Service

GoalieBook provides tools for managing goalie programs, registrations, scheduling, and payments. You are responsible for how you use the service and the data you enter.

  • Use GoalieBook for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access accounts or data you do not own
  • Disrupt or abuse the service

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Team and Player Data

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and manage any player or guardian information entered into GoalieBook, including information about minors.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require payment. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at signup or in your account.

Payments are handled by third-party providers. Failure to pay may result in suspended or limited access.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, access is provided for a limited time. We may restrict features or suspend access if payment is not completed after the trial ends.

Availability

We aim to keep GoalieBook available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

Intellectual Property

GoalieBook and all related software, branding, and content belong to us. You retain ownership of your data.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law.

Limitation of Liability

GoalieBook is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Nova Scotia.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of GoalieBook after changes means you accept the updated terms.
